About the Author

Molli Jackson Ehlert grew up in Miami, Florida. Having grown up in a larger body, Molli knows firsthand the disrespect and lack of acceptance people face when they are seen as "different". Currently residing in West Orange, New Jersey, Molli is a mother to an active toddler she hopes will grow up with an open mind and an open heart.

About the Illustrator

Lorian Tu is an author and illustrator of children's books, living in New England with her family. When she's not making art, she's probably exploring the forest and mountains, working in the garden, or making something yummy to eat and share.
